Emily James wrote, directed and starred in the award-winning short film, BoyMom, a true story of a mom who has a PTSD experience while mothering  her two boys. Described as stunningly original and surprisingly funny, BoyMom screened at dozens of film festivals worldwide, winning numerous awards including “Best Short Film” in the Atlanta Women in Comedy Film Festival. Emily co-wrote the pilot script for a BoyMom series with her husband and creative partner, television writer/producer, Tony Saltzman. Pilot and series pitch are available upon request.
